🌟 From big stories to short stories ✒ 


Almost every story of the ancient period was huge.




The Ramayana, Mahabharata, Iliad, and Odyssey are the epics of great stories.




Later, dramas were composed to reduce the volume in time.




Later, the novel was written in prose.




But novels are huge prose stories, so short stories began to be written in different languages.




The change mentioned in the story is due to the busyness of the people. That means people can read different stories in a short time by doing their daily work.




🌟 Modern story ✒ 




However, in this modern age, people's busyness has increased so much that reading big novels and short stories is a matter of time.




Because, in short stories, a lot is written to start and spread the story. In a five-page short story, about three to four pages are the beginning and spread of the story. This may annoy the reader of the modern age.

"আধুনিক গল্পে কাহিনির সূচনা ও বিস্তারের চেয়ে মূল বিষয়বস্তু বেশি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।"






🌟 বড় কাহিনি থেকে ছোটগল্প ✒ 






প্রাচীন যুগের প্রায় প্রতিটা কাহিনিই ছিল বিরাট আকৃতির। 




রামায়ণ, মহাভারত, ইলিয়াড এবং ওডিসি হচ্ছে বিরাট কাহিনির মহাকাব্য।




আরো পরে সময়ের সঙ্গে তাল মিলিয়ে আয়তন কমিয়ে রচনা করা হল নাটক।




আরো পরে কাহিনিকে গদ্যাকারে লিখে রচনা করা হল উপন্যাস।




কিন্তু উপন্যাস হচ্ছে বিরাট আকৃতির গদ্য কাহিনি, তাই বিভিন্ন ভাষায় লিখা শুরু হয়েছিল ছোটগল্পের।




কাহিনির উল্লিখিত পরিবর্তন হয়েছে মানুষের কর্মব্যস্ততার কারণে। অর্থাৎ মানুষ যেন নিজেদের দৈনন্দিন কাজ করে অল্প সময়ে বিভিন্ন কাহিনি পাঠ করতে পারেন। 




🌟 আধুনিক গল্প ✒ 




তবে এই আধুনিক যুগে মানুষের কর্মব্যস্ততা এত বেড়েছে যে, বড় উপন্যাস তো বটেই ছোটগল্প পাঠ করাই সময়সাপেক্ষ ব্যাপার।




কেননা, ছোটগল্পে কাহিনির সূচনা ও বিস্তার করতে অনেক কিছুই লিখা হয়। পাঁচ পৃষ্ঠার ছোটগল্পে প্রায় তিন থেকে চার পৃষ্ঠা পর্যন্ত হয় কাহিনির সূচনা ও বিস্তার। এতে আধুনিক যুগের পাঠকের বিরক্তি হতে পারে।




তাই আমি এই বিষয়টা বিবেচনা করে কাহিনির সূচনা ও বিস্তার অতি সংক্ষিপ্ত করে মূল বিষয়বস্তুকে প্রাধান্য দিয়ে গল্প লিখি https://parg.co/bOgR । এবং কাহিনির শুরুতেই মূল বক্তব্য উল্লেখ করি।




এভাবে আমার গল্প লিখাকে আমি আধুনিক গল্প নাম দিয়েছি।
